Oh you have GOT to be KIDDING ME! The hairdresser made me walk out of the salon with black dye ALL over my forehead. I’m literally in tears right now trying EVERYTHING I can to make it fade because I have a major event coming up which is why I dyed my hair in the first place. The lady didn’t even use color remover, just said “well, it’s black dye so that’s what happens”. No, not this is not “just what happens, it’ll come off… eventually”. I’ve gotten my hair dyed numerous times in the past, and I NEVER have had such a sloppy job. I’ve never had them not even ATTEMPT to try to remove the dye with remover. I had to run to Walgreens right after this to buy nail polish remover, makeup remover, rubbing alcohol, anything and everything that MIGHT work to get it off my skin. Standing there, crying at the cash register at Walgreens, I vowed NEVER to go back to this place. I was a new customer and you have absolutely made me NEVER want to come back. Next time hire people who know what they’re doing. For $140 your customers deserve competence.

I was told my balayage would cost no more than $300, well when i checked my bank account they had taken $600 out!!! I went back up there the next day furious and they said that $600 was the correct amount i owed, but I was never told that it would be anywhere close to that! I was told $300 or else i never would have went in the first place. I will not ever return and i encourage others to do the same! And don’t ever give them your credit card info up front, i’ve heard from other people that they got overcharged aswell!! And the whole staff is very rude, they actually started cursing at me when i came up there about the situation. My hair wasnt as light as i wanted it to be, which it should’ve been perfect for $600.

Then she executed the plan to perfection. She is kind, professional, and extremely talented. The shop is clean, and complies strictly to Covid standards. The other stylists get to know you as well so the moment you walk in you’re greeted with a big “HEY GIRL!” and smile.
