I LOVE Katrina’s! Katrina, and everyone there is so friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Kelly, has been my stylist for four years. She’s AMAZING! So talented and professional, truly a master of her craft. She does all my color, styling, cutting, and extensions. I love her work so much that I travel an hour to see her! Beth was absolutely amazing and understood everything I said. She was very knowledgeable and actually educated me to stay with my natural blonde versus trying to go lighter.I almost cried when she dried my hair. It was absolutely beautiful and the gold tones were gone. It matched my skin tone perfectly and the best part is my hair felt so healthy after I couldn’t believe it.It is worth every penny that I spent and Beth has a client for life. This was my first time here and I was desperate to get my color fixed and the way I had been asking for years but no one could do it. Beth was absolutely amazing and understood everything I said. She was very knowledgeable and actually educated me to stay with my natural blonde versus trying to go lighter.

Critical: Professionalismmy personal experience with this salon. First impression was wonderful. Front desk is very welcoming and friendly. I had an appointment set up with Kelly. she was also very nice and friendly. you could tell that she’s been doing her job for a while she was very confident when speaking. I had a consultation for my hair to receive hair extensions. I’m a bit indecisive and couldn’t tell what color matched my hair color because i did NOT want to color my hair. she helped and she made the decision for me. I trusted her. The day the service came she installed the extensions. the service was fine but the color was NOT correct. by the time I got home I went in the mirror and started to play with my new hair. I noticed that the color was very wrong my hair is ash brown and these extensions that Kelly picked for me were a warm red brown. totally did not match. I was unhappy to say the least. I then went in again to speak with someone else about my options. Spoke with a different stylist since Kelly was off. She was SUPER sweet and very understanding. but at this time I just wanted them to take the extensions out. This is where the nightmare began. I was told the owner Katrina will be calling me to further discuss what was going on. I received a phone call from Kelly the stylist that did my hair from her personal number. She asked me what was going on. The moment I told her how unhappy I am she began to yell at me I asked her why she is yelling at me. I asked her several time to stop yelling. She was getting very angry and mad. I found this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Katrina the owner then called me up and we spoke. We had a decent conversation. I told her i wanted to take the extensions out and she was explaining that we can color them. But i did not want to color my hair or mess anymore with the extension. I requested at least half of a refund for the service i received and she refused. she kept mentioning how she has built a million dollar company and that if you buy jeans from Express and wear them you cant return them. Her analogy was incorrect. She mentioned that she is the best at hair color and no one is better than her with all her years of experience. However I already trusted Kelly with her 12 years of experience with hair extensions and that did not turn out well.All in all my whole experience with this salon was HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL with the stylist calling me up and yelling at me and blaming me for the service / color she picked out.I do not recommend this salon.my personal experience with this salon.
