This nail shop is so unprofessional! The lady who was doing my nails kept on going back and forth between me and another patient. If you can’t find someone else to attend that other person then maybe you should hire some more employees or just don’t have a nail shop. I was there before any of the other ladies and I waited a whole three hours just for the nail lady to get my nails done. They also do not take their time and work carefully on your nails. I had to tell the lady multiple times to shape them and color them in correctly especially if I was going to pay $55 for my nails. In conclusion I’m never coming back. Nice employees though I’ll give you that.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI was charged $50 for a fill. I did not have a tip it’s been my real nails for a year. They never do what you want them to actually do. They do enough that you pay for it and go on about to day. I go here because it’s the only nail salon in brokenbow. I know prices have gone up but I also did a basic color. Will not be going back. I was charged $50 for a fill. I did not have a tip it’s been my real nails for a year. They never do what you want them to actually do. They do enough that you pay for it and go on about to day. I go here because it’s the only nail salon in brokenbow. I know prices have gone up but I also did a basic color. Will not be going back. I’ll drive to Hugo.

I’ll give two stars because my nails were kinda okay but be aware they not only charge extra for any shape you want but if you don’t get your nails short then you get to pay extra as well. I had to pay an extra $10 just for a normal length, I would have a picture but honestly I didn’t like the nails enough to even photo them.
