Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI was home from school and got my nails done here by Maria and it was an amazing experience. Two weeks later when I went in to get my acrylics taken off was a different story. I am not allowed to have them at my job since I work at a hospital and I made an appointment with a woman to get them off but a man that worked there took my nails off instead since it was very busy and 30 minutes past my appointment time. He popped them off using another acrylic nail and kept asking if it hurt and I kept saying it did. Before he did so he seemed to get frustrated that I was getting them taken off and asked why because they looked good still and I explained my situation and this was the service I was given. I was home from school and got my nails done here by Maria and it was an amazing experience. Two weeks later when I went in to get my acrylics taken off was a different story. I am not allowed to have them at my job since I work at a hospital and I made an appointment with a woman to get them off but a man that worked there took my nails off instead since it was very busy and 30 minutes past my appointment time. I have been going to them since 2014 – always clean with no excuses, excellent manicure every time and wonderful and relaxing pedicure. They are on time. They are very professional. They want to please every guest. Since the pandemic, they have been smart to provide care and a hygienic environment for everyone. Somehow, they are working even harder.
