I get my hair done monthly at Katie’s. I love the fun and friendly atmosphere. Everyone is so professional. Everyone makes you feel like family. I can’t imagine anyone having a bad experience at Katie’s and if they did I know Katie and staff would make it right. Just went in for literally nothing, but a hair trim. I didn’t want shampooed, because I had just washed my hair earlier. I was charged $20, I gave a $5 tip because I always give a tip. I get home and my husband who never notices anything, says “you’re hair is crooked”. I’m so disappointed!!! I would never recommend or return to this place!

Katie and Jessica are extremely talented in every aspect of their Beauty Salon services that they offer. I get my hair cut and styled every month and love the experience . I am a Hairdresser’s Daughter and a Hairdresser’s Mother so I do have a lot of experience with Beauty Salons and this one is top of the line and I have been going to both of these Ladies for many, many years. Katie’s legit the best. It was so much fun to have her do my hair, and she donated it too after I chopped all it off so that was really cool. Her little boy is literally the cutest ever and he’s such an angel. My hair felt and looked so good when I left, so honestly her salon is the only place I’m going to be going from now on. My mom loves it too, she’s been going to Katie since before she had her own business. That’s how I heard about Katie and I gotta say my mom had good taste.

Katie’s is beyond excellent hair care, pedicures and manicures. It’s a family of kind, gentle and caring ladies. It’s a place to share a laugh. It’s a place to relax and forget about your week. It’s a place to get pampered and come out looking terrific. If there’s one thing Grove City has, its hair salons. I’m sure each one has good things. But Katie’s Hair Design has it all and more!

Not the worst cut I’ve had but nothing I hate more than having to come home and finish cutting my own hair because they didnt blend it well enough. If I can make my own hair look better than the stylist then there is a problem (I’m not trained I only copy what I see done by stylists that do a good job). This was the quality I would expect from a walk-in place like great clips but cost a lot more, about 250% more. Save your money and go elsewhere.
