Soma Structural Integration is a type of bodywork that focuses on releasing the fascia (connective tissue) to create space and alignment in the body. It is typically experienced in a series of 11 sessions, each building upon the last to systematically improve body awareness, increase mobility, and decrease pain. Along with movement education exercises, the series is intended to produce long-lasting structural changes and help clients feel more balance and ease in body and mind. Sessions are typically 90 minutes and spaced 1-3 weeks apart. Individual treatment sessions are also offered for clients with acute issues, or those who have already gone through the series.
