They are appointment only but you will still have to wait. I had a 9:45 nail appointment. At 10:20 I was sill waiting. Once they were ready, they wanted to do a full soak instead of a fill in even after explaining I was crunched for time. Once he tried to soak me and help another customer I knew it would be another 30 minutes before I was helped. I didn’t make an appointment to start my service and hour later. I was never able to get my nails done and they still charged me $10 for the soak. Waste of time and money and now it’s too late for me to go anywhere else.

I went to to get a pedicure and a manicure. They suggested dip powder. They were about to close and everyone was rushing around me so I didn’t take time to inspect my nails which was a big mistake. 3 of the nails on my right hand were lumpy and had huge gaps in them. I went back in the next day just for them to treat me like I was being ridiculous. They offered to fix them. However they didn’t use the same color powder, the nail tech was super rude and they cut every finger they “fixed “. Would never return nor recommend…
