If you don’t wanna be rushed through a manicure, don’t go here! It was so rushed that I now have to go home and finish the job. They are so sharp that I fear of cutting myself. My cuticle are bleeding. Asked for an ombré and it was terrible because she rushed so bad. Asked to change and was rushed even more. Maybe if they took their time, the experience would be better. The last nail tech that was working on my nails was very rough which you can see my cuticles chopped up.

First time there. They were very professional and quick. Didn’t have to wait. Lucy did my nails and did a beautiful job. I told her that I wanted accent nails. She painted them for the 4th of July. I absolutely loved them. I’m definitely going back.

Went to go get my nails done. Haven’t felt like myself in months and been shut inside. I was unsure at first what I wanted but wooo was I in for a suprise! I was greeted and sat down in a sit instantly where I got to go through with some color choices. I got my nails and toes done. They hype you up on what you want and give many options. I refuse to go anywhere else! I recommend going here if you want to be treated with respect and care! I visited Katie Nails Bar for the first time on 5/12 for a full set with gel, but went with dip polish at the reccomendation of the nail tech. I had asked for an almond shape as short as possible as I type during the day for work, to which the tech told me that it couldn’t be done, that she would have to file them round. I’ve never had an issue at any of the other local salons with this, and it seemed like the tech wasn’t confident in her ability to do this. I felt rushed through the service and realized after I had left that two of my nails were applied crooked. This service cost $80 + a tip. Flashforward to today 5/23 (10 days later) and 4 of my nails had already begun to crack across the nail, one of which broke off. I went back to Katie nails today to see if they could fix the issue, to which I was told that they wouldn’t be able to get to me and tried scheduling me for another day. I explained the issue and showed my nails to the tech at the desk who indicated that he had never seen this happen. He seemed unconcerned that I was disappointed with the service and that the $100 I paid was waisted. Because they were unable to fix the problem, I went to another local nail salon who worked quick to fix the issue. I will likely not choose Katie Nails Bar again nor recommend it to others.

New to MO, was born and raised a Hoosier and had always had a go to nail tech for YEARS! Since moving here a year come this May, I’ve gone to several nail Salons and have had “Thee” worst nails EVER!! They did my nails as THEY liked, believe it or not, the last one gave me coffin shaped nails and the others were 120.00 for full set with no design, So I went on another hunt to see if I could find a better place, that’s when I found my forever nail salon here at Katie’s Nails and my new Forever tech Jenny is stuck with me Jenny is quick, and does an AMAZING JOB on my nails. Her prices are spot on, the shop is beautifully clean and decorated and I’d give her a 10 out of a 10plus. Can’t wait to go in for my first pedi with her, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND “Katie’s Nails”!!! ❤️❤️

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalismi had Lucy as my nail artist and she was so sweet! she took her time and was very friendly. she also made sure i liked the color once it was on, made sure my cuticles were trimmed nicely, and filed my nails perfectly. this salon is newer, but i would highly recommend them! they are all so friendly, and i didn’t catch the man’s name that worked there but he was so caring and attentive and walked around to make sure everyone was happy. this place is super clean and sanitary too. overall a great experience and i will be back! thanks so much again to Lucy!
