Positive: ProfessionalismI started going to Katie Cole Salon in August. I have had massages with Katie and Dawn. I have had a facial with Katie and a hair cut with Harmony. All great staff and service! I also purchased the oil facial cleanser and it is smells great and is moisturizing. The salon is kept very clean. I started going to Katie Cole Salon in August. I have had massages with Katie and Dawn. I have had a facial with Katie and a hair cut with Harmony. All great staff and service! I also purchased the oil facial cleanser and it is smells great and is moisturizing. The salon is kept very clean. Even if my appointment is not with Katie, she always takes a moment to say hello. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI went in asking for highlights! I had brown hair with blonde highlights I needed more blonde highlights. I came out with a full color there are no lolights left! I called asking them to fix it so we set up an appt to fix it Sat. I had to reschedule Sat appt because of an emergency came up with my son who she saw in person! Now all of a sudden owner does not feel comfortable fixing my hair?I am a single mother I spent $230 for my hair to be destroyed! I am really dissapointed! I honestly enjoyed the womans company who actually did my hair but the owner just destroyed it for me. Fare warning! They will take your money and leave you with destroyed hair!!Last 2 pics are my hair before coming to Katie Cote Salon. See all that brown! Its gone!Ps. I never once yelled or barged in on anyone. I personally enjoy giving Harmony free reign to do what she wants to my hair and I’m consistently amazed by her skill! I absolutely love Harmony. She does my she family’s hair and I have never been disappointed. I personally enjoy giving Harmony free reign to do what she wants to my hair and I’m consistently amazed by her skill! Not only is she good at physically doing hair but she also knows what will and will not look good with what face shapes and hair types which is important in my opinion.

I did it for my wife’s birthday and Katie made it extra special by making sure they got champagne mimosa’s as well as a special pedicure.
