I treated her to a pedicure and the ladies here treated her nicely and respectfully, she had no issues whatsoever. I was impressed, they get 5 ⭐ from me! Terrible Service! They Told me a 5min wait When I was Waiting Over An hour! On top of that Another Customer wasn’t happy w Their Feet and decides to express there frustration to me (considering I was sitting near the Door) and The Lady decided to yell at me If I wanted my nails done Or not And Go Sit Up THERE (where the pedicure Chair Was)! After I waited an Hour And was Planning to Get Full Service, I did Not Appreciate the Disrespect. Then laughed in my faced after disrespecting Me. I never write Reviews But this Is by Far one Of thee WORST Customer Service Experiences I’ve had in My life and I’m Damn Near Thirty! Smh Sad

Critical: ProfessionalismThey are terribly rude in this place. They speak their language and you bet your bottom dollar that they are saying negative things about you. One day when I came in to get my feet done I was told to go up the stairs. I walked up the stairs and the brother-in-law of the owner was speaking Chinese and said to the worker up the stair ????stinky feet. Some words are universal or he just forgot to say it in Chinese. I turned around and looked at him and his face turned red. He knew he was dead wrong. Haven’t been back since December 2019.They are terribly rude in this place. They are terribly rude in this place. They speak their language and you bet your bottom dollar that they are saying negative things about you. One day when I came in to get my feet done I was told to go up the stairs. Well first of all I had to pay a meter to park to walk into a place of silence we walked in everyone looked at us and never even said hello sign in nothing just a blank face then a regular customer comes in and sits right in a seat no wait no nothing after her came another girl now at this point I’m wondering if it’s threw appointments only but by the looks on everyone face they made me feel uncomfortable so the whole 45 min waiting and nothing being said I had to just leave and will never go back to that Little hole in a wall with all them flys a message to the owner no matter what all money has the same value new customer or old
