THE WORST. I called and made an appointment to get acrylic on my toes, I wanted the deluxe pedicure and called ahead. I get to the day of appointment she didn’t have what I called in and asked for Scheduled. Saying she didn’t have time so I said okay I’ll do a regular pedicure. I didn’t even get to pick my own color of my nails she pulled something off the wall rushing me to sit down. Since I had scheduled this appointment I had a idea of that I wanted. Them to look like with some marble on the big toe. I asked if they had time to at least do the design on the toes like I wanted. She said she didn’t have time. BUT I CALLED DAYS AHEAD!!! Worst experiences here. I don’t recommend especially for an event or occasion. I was trying to get them done for a wedding. She was completely rude to me. I’d rather drive over an hour away then come here and get treated the way I did.

Kathy seems abrupt in personality but is really a sweetheart who cares about her regulars and for pedicures, there’s nowhere better in Delta.

I don’t really recommend going to Kathy herself. She was so rough with my hands and my nails were so sore after. I got acrylics and they are not the same length, every nail is a different length. They aren’t the shape I asked for she filed the sides down much. The edges were super sharpe. They just don’t look good all together very disappointed.

As soon as I entered the place she took the appointment book from the counter and told me that they were busy that day and I asked for the next day and she told me to go somewhere else. ♀️

Critical: QualityI did not feel that the product covered the nail and I asked at the time of it would be a problem. He said no problem. I had to return the next day because one nail completely flaked off and several nails had the top coat bubbling up. On at least half of my nails, the product does not cover my nail. He keeps saying he can’t see it. I will never return here, the people are rude and their work is not to my satisfaction. If I could give this rating in the negative I would. The owner would not converse with me in English and would only talk to the nail tech in their native language.
