I would give this nail salon 0 stars if I could. I went into the salon just to have my powder nail polish removed, which I have had done at other nail salons in the past with no problems. At Kathy’s Nails, the lady set a bowl of acetone in front of me with a cotton ball and said “Scrub.” I proceeded to scrub for about 15 minutes with limited success until she came over with the electric spinner tool, which she used to get the remainder of the polish off. However she shaved down my nails until they were brittle and thin because she shaved the thickness of my nails down so much. There are blisters, scratches, and grooves on my nails from when she did this, and my nails have hurt badly since I had this done (2 days ago). See pictures below.

Henry is the best!!! I have tried other salons but none can do what he can with dipping nails. Perfect job every time!!!! My nails are thin and if dipping powder is not put on heavily enough, the nails will still break or chip. He gets it right – every time!!!!

Went here today to get my nails done. Shop was not clean, Michelle did my nails and was rude, had a headphone in and completely ignored me when I spoke to her. Along with that her hands were terribly filthy. The acrylics are not shaped evenly, you can see my actual nail on the side of some of them, the thumb nails are EXTREMELY tight to the point I’m going to get them removed. There is excess acrylic on the bottom of some of the nails. Some of them are crooked. DO NOT LET HER DO YOUR NAILS. My sister got her nails done by Karen and they look amazing and she was very sweet. Would get a better review but honestly, she shouldn’t be working there.

I always have the BEST experience at this location. Never a long wait and they are so personable and friendly. Yesterday I went in to get powder dip off that was done on vacation (not at Kathy’s) and it took over an hour (normally this should take 10-15 min) for them to get off what the other people did. They worked so hard and were patient with someone else’s mistake! They were willing to get it off and work hard to get off and took such good care of me to get me out and to work on a time crunch! The only place in town I will go and continue to go!!

The staff was very friendly, but the pedicure I received is probably the worst I’ve ever had. It was very sloppy, polish was all over my toes when she finished and it was very bumpy and uneven. I had to wait for 15 min in the chair with the lady sitting in front of me while she downloaded things on her phone (she told me that is what she was doing). I understand having to wait if there was a line of customers, but I was the only customer in there. I would not recommend this place unless it was the only option available.
