Critical: QualityPoor customer service, Karen got mad and left me waiting for another lady to do my nails, I was ok with it I waited, they didn’t do the nails I wanted still ok with it, left a $10 tip. 2 minutes after leaving my nails are Pealing from the nail polish and 4hrs later my nails have already cracked off.Services: Acrylic nails, Foot massages

I don’t generally do reviews unless it’s a great experience but this is the worst pedicure I have ever received.. she cut down my toe nails and didn’t file, I had to ask to correct a cut she did that made my toe nail look like a stair step cause she cut in two separate places and didn’t file, I had to scrape off the polish all over my toes and ask multiple times to paint my full nail. I don’t think anyone should have to pay $40 for this and I can’t believe I did but it is what it is. This is just awful though abut she was nice. I had to go home to take off the polish and the polish never dried on my big toe cause she kept messing up and repainting over the coat instead of starting over. I do not recommend a pedicure here

I got a pedicure on Thursday and had got an infection in my big toe. I went to the doctor on Monday. I have three different prescriptions. And spent enough money on bandages to get four pedicures.The pain I’m in with every step I can’t begin to tell you how it feels. My toe is black and blue.Needless to say I will never go back. This is a warning to all who read it.

I quit going to this shop a couple of years ago due to the constant loud talking by the manicurist. I went yesterday and thought I’ll just give them one more try. Karen did my pedicure. She did a wonderful job. I sat right next to the water screen, it was so very relaxing and serene.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got a gel manicure and a basic pedicure. The lady started on my pedicure, then got up and went and worked on another person. She came back 20 mins later to finish my pedicure. She didn’t bother to put a base coat on my toes, and I had to ask for a top coat!! My toes look awful, not even, and sloppy pant job! My gel manicure is decent but nothing to write home about!! I get ready to check out and she says I owe $85!!! I about lost my mind!! I got a regular color (not French) and both were basic services! So I try to get them to explain the charges and the owner starts yelling at me, and being horribly rude!!! I decided to take the high road and not yell at her!! I paid and left!! I got a gel manicure and a basic pedicure. The lady started on my pedicure, then got up and went and worked on another person. She came back 20 mins later to finish my pedicure. Save your money and go somewhere else. My daughter and I went here and we were left at our chairs half way through our pedicure. They had just put some lotion on our legs and drained the water and left for 15 mins. The “message” part of the pedicure was laughable. Should of just done at home ones for each other and it would of been better. Won’t be returning or recommending.
