I came here a few months ago and it was terrible. She burnt my scalp. I kept telling her it was burning and hurting. Her response was that’s what bleached does. Then at one point she had me holding my hair with bleach up so she can do the bottom. That caused my fingers to get white spots. So unprofessional. Then when it came to waiting for the bleach in my hair she kept saying oh in 5 mins I’ll wash it then would leave it for 20-30 extra mins and kept doing that. It was stressing me out the way she handled everything. I strongly suggest that YOU DO NOT COME HERE!
