Disappointing experience. The woman who did my nails (shellac manicure) was very nice but this is easily the worst manicure I’ve experienced. She did not trim my nails (which were obviously uneven and needed to be trimmed to be even) and the shaping with the file was uneven and “chuncky.” She did not clean under the nails which id expect in a manicure. Polish was ok with some evenness issues but the real concern was the lack of appropriate shaping and cleaning.

What I asked for was not what I got. They were no help trying to help find the color I wanted. Couldn’t tell me if the matte top coat would darken the polish. I showed many pictures of the color and shape I was wanted. She got frustrated because she shaped them different and I said that’s isn’t what I wanted. Showing the picture again. Finally just let her do whatever and paid just so we could leave. I will post pictures of what I wanted and what I got. I was a regular with the previous owner. I will not return now. $75 down the drain. Pictures of color and shape I asked for then what I actually finally left with.

Don’t be fooled by the empty salon and dim appearance. Kathy did a stunning job. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 13, so I’ve been to plenty of places. I was skeptical with her technique at first, but the finished product is adorable. They feel and look amazing. I just left the salon, so I don’t have any authority to say anything about wear time or durability, or if they’ll get infected, however, she sprayed my hands down w alcohol and wiped everything pretty well, and they feel very sturdy. I will come again next time I’m up this far north.

I came in a little nervous, due to my last experience elsewhere. But the lady who greeted me and did my nails did an awesome job. I asked for a full set and to remove what I had (only because they looked horrible and I just wanted them off!). She explained to me that I only needed a fill and she would fix the shape to save me money. When she was finished they looked SOO much better! I love them! I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time walking into this nail salon. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and service offered. Loved my pedicure and manicure done in shellac. Love that they cover the foot tub in a bag for cleanliness. Definitely will come again for nail services here. Come give this place a try.

If I could give a lower rating I would… my friend and I walked in and the place was completely empty and the lady there seemed to be very sweet and pleasant at first. But as soon as we got settled and sat down, the lady decided to take up 10 minutes of the time talking about some customer’s eyebrows, going all the way to getting a sketch pad and drawing what she was talking about it. At one point she was poking at my eyebrows in her explanation. We somehow got her to talk about something else and she got to work on my pedicure – hot stones were included, which was nice – but not much of a foot exfoliation even though it appeared she did – but I still had dead skin on my toes. The pedicure itself, other than that, was good.

I have been going here for 7 years came with previous owner who was amazing and when it changed ownership I stayed and gave them a chance, they are wonderful I’m very very hard on my nails and the lady that does them now does an amazing job they are strong and stay looking great til I can get in for fills , they are always so sweet and do what I ask and make sure I’m happy before I leave, they also go above and beyond to make sure I’m happy give a little massage on my hands ,and my eyebrows look incredible. I have also come in to have a pedicure and on those they definitely make sure people feel good best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. TRY THEM OUT. Totally worth it.

This is such a random hole in the wall place that I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but every time I stop by my experience is 5 star worthy. The employees are super friendly and welcoming when you walk in, the woman who does the waxing is very nice and adds extra touches like filling your eyebrows in with pencil after they’re done (and does a great job), sometimes a quick temple massages, etc. This is pretty cool and unexpected for nail shop prices which makes me want to come here vs others. I’ve had pedicure here also and always been happy.

Critical: QualityThe first time I went here, my service was amazing and the owner was there and he was fun to carry a conversation with. I would’ve rated my first experience at 5 stars. However, I went back 3 days ago for a fill and a nail color change. I wanted the pink and white ombré and got something else that looks bad to me. That’s not the worst part. Tonight my real nail literally broke in half horizontally under the fake nail and started to bleed horribly. I didn’t hit it on anything or damage it. I believe the use of the electric tools on my real nails caused them to be so thin that my pinky nail literally broke in half. I will not be returning because this “fill” and nail colorChange was expensive for what I got.
