I have been coming to this nail salon for a long time, I wouldn’t go anywhere but here. The past two times I came here the same nail tech did my nails and both times my acrylic name popped off. Instead of just fixing them they want to let me know what this is normal and that when you hit something they break. I was packing a box of diapers on one, then the other cracked in the middle leaving a triangle doing dishes. The issue is that the mail was not glued on. I worked in a factory for 7 years with the same nails and never once popped off like this. And it’s weird that it was every week a mail would pop off? Is it a money thing? Are they purposely putting the nail on bad so you have to pay to come get it fixed? I honestly wouldn’t even waste the time going here.

No longer a customer because the last few times my nails were done at Kathy’s were horrible. Not very friendly but I will say this, Victor isn’t like the rest of them he’s awesome and kind. I couldn’t schedule appointments with Victor because of my work schedule i could only do walk in so I won’t be going back because its no guarantee I’ll get Victor and I don’t want the rest of them doing my nails.

Kathy’s is quite possibly the best nail shop in Lexington. The entire staff is personable, kind, and friendly. A safe fun shop to bring your whole family in for a mani. Or a great place to start a date night with your honey.

Kathy has been doing my nails for over a year and I love her! She does a wonderful job and is very flexible with appointments. The Salon is clean and the staff is friendly. They have so many colors to choose from. 🙂
