Kathy did a such wonderful job at making my mother, who never usually allows others to touch her hair, very comfortable. Absolutely amazing. I called looking to get my hair done late one evening and at first, I was told it wasn’t possible but then Kim personally called me back. She had to take care of something and then came back to the salon (at 7:00) JUST to do my hair – a new client that she didn’t even know! She took the time and effort to make my hair look exactly how I wanted and I will definitely be a client here for as long as she is there. GO TO KIM!

Kim Altstadt is an amazing hairdresser. She stays current on new color and cut techniques. I do not believe there is any color or cut you could ask for she could not do on the spot. I change my hairstyle and color often so I know firsthand. Love that she also knows how to pinwheel color, as well as foil. She is also experienced in demi permanent colors for fun. She will be doing mine pink soon to celebrate my Mom being a breast cancer survivor. With Kim you can get NY haircut and color without the cost of the trip and overpriced salon. Great hairdresser and great pricing. WIN WIN in my book.

Our family recently moved to town. I was nervous about taking my girls and I to a new salon since we have thick curly/wavy hair. When I called Windsor Place I was assured this would not be a problem. Originally we had a Saturday appointment. There was a cancellation so we were able to be bumped up to the same day. But we were seen quickly..too quickly. Normally a hair cut, wash and style takes about 45 minutes for each one of us. We were all seen in less than an hour and a half. I think the stylist was in over head and didnt want to admit it. No wash before the cut not even a wet spray while cutting our hair on 2 of us. (1 daughter did end up getting a wash and placed under a dryer only because her curls forced the issue.) The cuts were rushed and not desirable. Angling and texturizing was requested and not received. There was no styling. My daughters cried themselves to sleep last night. They were too embarrased to tell me they hated their cuts at the salon. I chose this salon because of the good reviews; however, their is a flyer on the wall that if you give a 5 star review you will get money off your next service. I think the stylist was in over her head and didn’t want to admit it.

Top of the line service always! Whether I’m getting a cut and color or the Brazilian Blowout, my hair is perfect every time. I don’t have the time or talent to mess around with my hair, but the Brazilian Blowout saves me time with great salon results.
