WORSTTTTT hair experience I’ve ever had. As if the totally outdated, dark, and dingy basement wasn’t enough to totally turn you away don’t expect much more out of the stylist. I had asked for a touch up ombré to blend my roots and make my blonde a bit blonder and what I got was my worst nightmare. I ended up a redhead with gold ends; basically it looked like my hair was very dark and I tried to box dye the whole thing blonde…..as you can imagine it was terrible. I believe the worst part is the unwillingness to fix and or reimburse my overpayed tragedy. So very rude and so very much a rip off. Nothing like having to pay for something twice. I wouldn’t recommend a child’s barbie doll to get their hair done at this place.
