Hello, I would like to state that I am extremely proud of my review history here on Google, on Massagebook and on Facebook. Because of a review over a year ago, I began taking meticulous records of my phone calls and also have a secretary. I am not aware of any calls that haven’t been returned. Some Groupon customers forget about their Groupon and may want to use after the expiration date, stating they have left several message which is just not the case. For reschedules and that are my fault, I take full responsibility and honor the Groupon! If I have no record of contact I will only honor the cost of the Groupon towards the price of my services. It is just good business practice. I however do reserve the right to refuse service based on how I am treated. Thank you for taking the time to read this! I received a Groupon for the Healing Journey Massage. I left a few messages that were never returned. When my husband texted her (after the coupon expired at that point) she said she’d review her phone records for proof but would honor the cost towards a service at least. I reached out to set this up, then she said she needed dates of the phone calls. I don’t keep records of every call I make. She said she no longer would honor the cost and I can contact Groupon for a refund. Upon discussions in a few social media groups, I’ve now confirmed this with others too,v so my experience is not isolated.

I purchased two groupons for this place and she will not return my calls. Now they are going to expire rendering them useless. Extremely dissapointed, I will be contacting groupon to see how I can get my money back. Terrible experience.

Absolutely amazing. It was my first massage and I was nervous. Kathleen talked to me and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I definitely plan on going again.
