The massage therapists are awesome,especially Erica…but the customer service or lack there of, provided by the owner and her daughter are pathetic. They changed the length of my appointment from one hour to 30 minutes without notice to accommodate additional customers. They will also moved another scheduled appointment without my knowledge. The final straw was when they rescheduled my appointment but did not reschedule my mother’s, knowing I had scheduled both appointments together to celebrate our birthdays tomorrow. My mother is 92…we may never have this opportunity again.

They have great staff. Great services. Great items for sale. Crummy check out system. Started out using a gift card. Person checking is out first told us we had another $15 to spend, we had to tell her to add it up again cause it was wrong, should have been lots less. Anyway about an hour later, we were asked to not purchase two items because she was unable to find them on the computer, the price was on them, but she needed to find them in computer. Then we ended up paying$20 just to be able to get out of there, really should have been $0 or certainly less than $5. Need to desperately update check out. Did not even receive a receipt. Was not even offered one. Won’t be back. Very sad system.
