Katelynn was amazing through the whole process. At the beginning of the appointment, she asked me to explain my skin/struggles and she really listened. She analyzed my skin before she even began the service and let me know what she saw and what she recommended. During the service itself, it was so relaxing and peaceful, she really did an amazing job. Afterwards, she offered to give me product recommendations but never pushed it, which I liked. Katelynn is amazing, my first facial and chemical peel ever and she did a very good job making me feel comfortable without the usual affect it comes with having a regular facial. She has cleared up my skin tremendously, and will work with you inside and out of the office to make sure you get the results you desire. Very easy going and fun and loves the small details that go into her work. She will never let you down and is always willing to work with you on facial treatments or product to adjust the desired results that you want. 10/10 would recommend.
