I always get a gel manicure and some kind of design.Pro: You can purchase your own files (infection control). I like that they require everyone to wear a mask. Friendly and helpful staff. Love Steven! Always able to do the design I bring in or ask for :). It’s also the little things like spa music and decor that also make the experience more pleasant.Cons: $$$$ Pricing. This is the place to get your nails done. It’s the best around. I have never been disappointed. The environment is beautiful! You can tell they took time, spent money- to add a lot of extra touches to give you that “experience” us girls want to feel when treat ourselves to getting our nails done.

I have been here twice for two different services… hands and feet… and I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences. The staff here are incredibly friendly, they keep the entire place so clean (I watched them cleaning while I was waiting), and the quality of their work is very good. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment scheduled after my first time there with Nikki, the owner, I was required to pay their required $20 deposit to “make sure I show up” I show up two weeks later at my scheduled time and was told she wasn’t there and wasn’t planning on working that day. I told them I had scheduled an appointment and they told me to wait and someone would help me. I waited a half hour and decided that it was unacceptable to have to pay a deposit and then they can cancel an appointment without notice. Everyone was busy and there was no way I was going to sit down for another 30-45mins. I reached out to Nikki and my texts were left on read. I lost my $20 which is ridiculous because I showed up for my appointment….. and ended up having to go somewhere else. I will NEVER recommend this place and I will NEVER go back there. GOOD LUCK

I came yesterday with my two daughters. Got them kid gel manicures which one came out great, the other is super thick and makes my daughter fingers uncomfortable. I got a full set, and my natural nails are showing the sides of all nails. Idk if I’ll come back. I I do feel that they over charged. Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

I guess I am just confused. I am looking for a quality nail salon in the area and I called to make an appointment. I was told there is a mandatory $20 cash deposit for any new customers, not sure if this was real or not, but I have never heard of something like that. Even for high end nail salons. Could not make an appointment even though they accept walks in? Seemed off.

There was a small dog in the salon the day I went to get my eyebrows waxed. I don’t know who owns the dog but I am concerned for his/her safety. It was roaming the salon freely when I entered. The dog started barking near the door, and one of the workers asked a nearby customer to let it out. She opened the door and they allowed the dog to roam the parking lot without a leash or supervision. This salon is located right off a busy 40 mph road and could get hit by a car and they probably wouldn’t even notice because no one paid attention to it. I have filed a report with animal control as well. Also, the first thing I noticed upon entering was a pack of cigarettes and an ash tray right next to the receptionist desk. Not cute. They did an okay job on my eyebrows but no way in hell I’d go back.
