My 14 year old daughter went to get her hair done and gave the stylist a photo as an example. The stylist did a horrible job. It was multiple shades, badly cut and she killed the hair so bad that it was falling out. My daughter was really upset and told her that she would not pay for such a bad job. It ended up with the stylist threatening to smash in my daughters head. No one should talk to a 14 year old like that.
