I went to Kate for the first time last week and would highly recommend her if you’re having any pain issues. I had fallen and broken my fibula and had been hopping and limping for a few weeks and was sore from walking unnaturally as well as the broken bone. It’s a week later and I’m still pain-free. I had my first appointment with Kate a couple of months ago (and have since returned for a second). It was relaxed and unhurried. She took her time getting to know me and the specific needs I hoped to have addressed. She has a wonderful energy that came through in both conversation and in the body work itself. I found her touch to be a perfect amalgam of soothing/nurturing and make-you-wince-a-little dig-in-deep firm pressure. To me, the sign of a really good massage is when I get a little sad when I can tell the end of the session is near, and that was very much the case with Kate. Can’t recommend her enough.
