The salon itself was clean and the location was easily accessible. The owner was friendly and professional, and was very quick and attentive with my pedicure and gel manicure. She didn’t even charge me for the gel polish removal, which was really nice of her. My only issue was when it came time to groom my cuticles and push them back. She didn’t soak my nails beforehand, so it was pretty painful and my nails beds became red and were smarting afterwards… Later that day, I realize she had actually caused cuts in my cuticles, so now they’re beginning to scab over. The thumb on my left hand also doesn’t seem to have gotten enough of a protective coat, because it quickly lost its shine and began showing imprints soon after. The rest of the nails still look great, though! Even after a couple of days. Other than these few things, I had an overall good experience and would recommend this business to others. But make sure to ask her to soak your nails prior to her pushing your cuticles back.

They fit me in at the last minute and did an amazing job with gel polish removal, nail shaping and application of gel polish. This place does it right! No nail bed gouging, no tenderness or flimsiness after polish removal. Polish applied to the nail edges and tips… Which you think would be a standard but I don’t see at every place I’ve been.
