Critical: QualityI had a rush job done on my hair. Braids started to fall out in one week. They did not know how to do a bob hair style. I have hair loss due to their tight braiding. I really want to sue for hair loss. I paid 160.00 for amateur work. I will never go back to this braid shop again horrible services.Service: Hairstyling

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI walked in on a lim and asked can they do my 7 year olds hair. 8 braids in a ponytail and 2 hanging down…$70 bucks! I explained that’s a little steep for that style. Are you willing to work woth me? She said yes. I was excited about her doing my daughters hair as she seemed to could really braid. I had confirmed picture work as well as in person work. Very nice! She did my daughters hair and I will post pics below. She did not dip, trim, gel nothing down. I asked 3x are you done and she was like yes. I was so furious I paid and left. How dare her not even attempt? Went back two days later for a 2pm appointment and she sat me in her chair after 3pm. Once in the chair she told me she couldn’t do the style requested she could do cornroles on 2 in hair in the back of my head. She tried to convince me to do individuals but I knew they would hold that long. Scalp braid works best for short hair. To top it all $ 160 go regular length near your mid back / harm pits…Really. i just had that dont for $150. Don’t waist your time or money being g trap ing a style yo dont want. Another young lady was getting braids past her but but refused to give me the cost of that length.
