I used to be a regular customer as I was new to the area and their prices are reasonable. The ladies here were always busy chatting and rushed my eyebrow threading. During recent months I called and asked if they’ll be ok wearing a mask when doing my eyebrows and the person on phone rudely refused! I get that not everyone wants to keep wearing a mask but in a services industry it can be courteous to just maybe wear a thin cloth mask if a customer isn’t yet comfortable being in a close proximity since the pandemic isn’t over for many yet! The tone was so repelling that I’ll never go.

Terrible experience. Lady who did my eyebrows and upper lips was very arrogant. Was rushing so much to finish. Didnt shape my eyebrows properly. Didnt even ask to put gel after threading. Other locations might be better. Wolfe road one is terrible.

This place is cheaper than other salons but trust me do not expect a feel-good service or welcome. I have been to the Milpitas location too which was worse than this.

The lady in this location put henna in my hair so aggressively and then when I told her the santa clara location does a better job of separating small strands of hair and applying henna instead of big bunches, she said her way also works. She finished applying henna in 10 minutes and charged 55 dollars. The henna applied was so much that I could not walk straight when I came home because of the heavy weight of so much henna applied. I still kept it for 2 hours and when washed the inside strands and smaller strands of hair were still white and not got colored. It was such a bad experience and loss of money that I would never go back. That lady was rude and pulled my hair improperly that hurt. I really feel like asking my money back.

Well, this is a great saloon for threading, waxing and facial. One of the Employee named Rozy, she did a very nice job and she is so friendly. My eyebrows have never looked better. I’ll be back !!! I love this place. So good. Unfortunately, I no longer go there because I have moved out from California . But definitely this is the best place to get threading done. They really do a great job and people are really good. Thanks for giving my eyebrow a really good shape. I will miss this place. Thank you so much Rozy 🙂
