Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got an acrylic set here and after 2 week and a half I decided to soak them off myself only to discover that they use MMA acrylic. MMA I’d not meant for nails, can cause permanent damage and is banned by the FDA. I called to complain and they flat out admitted that they used MMA then they tried to hang up on me but failed because I could here them giggling and talking about how I was so unreasonable for being upset and implying that I’m dumb. I got an acrylic set here and after 2 week and a half I decided to soak them off myself only to discover that they use MMA acrylic. MMA I’d not meant for nails, can cause permanent damage and is banned by the FDA. Generally this is a good store that has inexpensive prices for top of the line nails products. I give it four out of five because product wise they are top notch, but not all the manicurists are trained up to the same level. It is good to ask for EXACTLY what you want and to be specific.
