I don’t recommend going here. They will overcharge and make excuses as to why. I called saying i was getting a hair cut/trim. I walk in and get my hair washed (required for haircut/trim) then the stylist starts cutting my hair I see as she starts to cut completely at my hair. A trim should be around 2-3 inches. She was cutting about 6 inches of my hair. I was too shocked to say anything. So then they blow dryer my hair and i’m all set. I get ringed up and charged 93 dollars. yep just for a hair cut. they say wash and blow dry is 65 dollars and hair cut 20. which is completely absurd. Anywhere else it’s around 40-55bucks for what i got done. never going back, first and last time going.

As a black woman, they will fry your hair. I have been there multiple times and I think some people are not professional hairdressers. Not gentle, very rough, and felt like my hair was pulled from the roots. Her prices are not consistent a wash and blow dry went from $25-30 to $60-$70.

Nice enough women there but two major reasons that I will not return: 1. I called and asked whether there was any availability to wash and blow dry my hair and was told, just walk in. I walk in and was informed that it would be a 40 minute wait. That was a bit much but nonetheless I understood it was Saturday (although there were only two girls in chairs and stayed). Nearly TWO HOURS later, they start my hair. No apologies for the delay. No check ins to update about the delay. Really my fault for staying. 2. The price was more than expected for a simple wash and blow. Like I first noted, nice stylists and a clean establishment but zero sense of urgency or communication.

Positive: ProfessionalismI came here for the very first time with my natural DOMINICAN curls all over the place (if you are Dominican, you understand!!!) In any other Dominican salon I would have felt the need to defend my hair texture or explain why I did not need any treatment to relaxed or “softened” my curls, instead I was relieved to realize it was not going to be the case. My hair was washed and cared for without complain. Every single one of these ladies are respectful, polite and super professional. Jalina is amazing, she washed my hair like I would at my house and after three shampoos she still asks if you feel your hair is clean enough bonus points!!! Karolin has blessed hands, and is very patient and charismatic. I came here for the very first time with my natural DOMINICAN curls all over the place (if you are Dominican, you understand!!!) My wash and set came out nice but I was charged $55. I’ve never paid more than $30 on a wash and set (3b hair) , so I was very disappointed with that. ♀️ The stylists are good but I wouldn’t go back just because of the price. Hairstyling
