I’ve been to a few spas in the Dayton area- Karmel’s is HANDS DOWN the best all around. From professionalism, to atmosphere, to quality of service, beginning to end. I’ve seen Alexandria and La’Shondra for massages- both nothing short of 10/10 and I recommend them (as well as the spa as a whole) to everyone!!!

While getting my pedicure they put no liner in the water bason everyone knows that’s a nail spa NO NO! The towels were dirty and stained with old nail polish, then got discarded on the floor. When my boyfriend booked the package for my very special birthday he was offered and assured they they had UNLIMITED drinks and I would also get a robe to put on. Not only did I never get offered a robe the owner claims I lied about be offered one (like anybody grown would ever about that) he said there is a drink limit and as any good business practices you should never lie to potential customers just so they can book service then later find out that they were sold a dream! After speaking to the owner on the phone I was astonished at how rude he was to me and his unapologetic tone and unwillingness to admit mistakes had been made, Instead of just saying I’m sorry. He never once asked me how can he make it right! All and all it was the Worst spa experience I have ever had in my life!

My first experience with Karmel’s Day Spa was amazing. My husband and I were gifted a couples massage that exceeded our expectations. Professionally greeted and welcomed into a warm, inviting lounge where we enjoyed drinks while waiting for our appointment. Jerry and Rachel were prompt, professional, and really good masseuses! We slept like babies last night, and we’re certainly not babies! We highly recommend Karmel’s Day Spa in Englewood, Ohio.

Some of their massage therapist isn’t a legit therapist. They are offering an extra service after the massage. Not gonna recommend to anyone who are looking for a real massage.
