Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKarma is the best salon in Harford County I have very long and thick hair and had always had trouble finding a salon that could one get all the hair color in and out of my hair but also have the patience to color my hair.I have been going to Karma for years now and no matter how far I move away I will always come back every 5/6 weeks to have them do my hair. I love all of them and their professionalism and ability to do exactly what I would like.It is a busy salon. High demand because of how amazing they are, but it’s worth the wait. We all would like immediate action, but I am telling you it is worth the wait to have the quality of work from this salon.When I see reviews about how people could not get in immediately. I suggest just to plan ahead and wait. Calling 13 times before you get through might suck, but I would take that as a good thing. That means they are busy and people want to go there… not a bad thing at all. Every time I call I can never get an appointment to fit my schedule I can’t schedule 2 weeks in advance do to my work schedule and being called in. Every time I call I can never get an appointment to fit my schedule I can’t schedule 2 weeks in advance do to my work schedule and being called in.
