My wife wanted to find a new salon after going to her previous one for a couple years. She has been wanting blonde hair but the previous salon could not seem to get it right. Michelle had a cancelation and got my wife in quickly. She listened to what my wife wanted, and explained what she could do for her. My wife is very happy with the results, so am I. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismDon’t get me wrong I like action but everytime I go there it’s more like a hangout place than a hair salon! It’s not all there, but I feel few of the stylist way overcharge for their quality of work & treat the place more like a social affair than a job! I usually don’t give bad reviews but I just feel the place is to loud & it’s mostly the stylist hanging around talking loud, you can’t even hear yourself talk to your own stylist! I knew what everyone was eating just by lunch call which btw not my business but rude when u ask half the salon out loud not the other half but that’s on them but I’m not the only one that thinks this stuff my family & friends think this too that go there! I absolutely love Karma Salon – the staff are wonderful and do amazing work. I have been coming to Karma for about 8 years. They are like a family and they make you feel like you are part of the family. If you like my hair in this picture, Karma Salon is why it looks so good. My stylist was Charlotte (who is amazing but is retired) and now I go to Pam (who is equally amazing) but regardless of which stylist you choose, you will NOT be disappointed.

Great friendly people. Used to be terrified of getting my hair cut because I’m growing it out, but when I say I just want dead ends done and bare minimum lost on length, they always do it perfect. No more asking to have an inch cut and losing 4 inches. These guys are Great!

Me and my sister went in together to get our hair done. I was getting a balyage and she was just getting a cut. I showed my stylist pam a clear picture of what I wanted. What i ended up with was weird extremely small, ugly brass toned highlights that start about 3 inches away from my scalp so it looks like I have terrible roots. No blending what so ever and awful color. My sister also showed a picture of the cut she wanted and ended up with a choppy, awful haircut. Would never in a million years go back. Now I have to walk around with jacked up hair until I can safely redye it.
