The customer service here was amazing! She threaded my eyebrows beautifully and the service was quick. My only complaint was getting to her shop. I thought her salon was a stand alone shop, but it’s located in a Salon Plaza that is share with other businesses. They keep the door lock which would not be a problem if they answered the doorbell. I had to wait for someone to come out so I could get in. This was a little aggravating.

I’m posting this review at a 2 rather than a 1 due to the Owner provided a great henna design on my hand. However, when I went back to get another design her assistant did my design and it was a total flop. The design style technique and look was of what a 10 yr old would do. I tried washing it off repeatedly, used lemon juice & baby oil and it will not come off until it wears off. Truly the assistant did not have enough experience, the lines were unbalanced, heavily inked in some areas and unbalanced artistic style. I am not paying to be the practice manikin and then stuck with the image on my hand, which cannot be hidden due to the length & size from above my wrist to my fingertip. I advised the Owner that if there is a next time she has to do it.
