Critical: Professionalism, QualityI knew about Karma because a friend’s dermatologist recommended her the place. So, I thought they knew how to really take care of hair in difficult process, like bleaching, which in my case I needed it to do it for the roots of my silver colored hair.When I booked the appointment, they recommended me Victor. Who told me that I had a very beautiful color and a healthy hair, when he met me.To do the bleaching process, he used a too strong product to do it fast (first mistake) and at the end, not only the roots had bleach, how it was supposed to be, but almost most of my hair touched the bleach (second mistake). Then, he applied the silver color when my hair was wet, not dry (third mistake) and all over it, I guess because at the end, all my hair touched the bleach before so the original color was almost gone. when he washed my hair, It didn’t get the silver color I used to have, it was white and yellowish. So he applied after a very dark grey color (forth mistake), this time with a dry hair and something that was never my original reason to go to the hair salon.The result, a new color I didn’t ask for because I used to loved my silver color, and a very damaged hair. Now my hair doesn’t stop breaking and I have less than half of the hair I used to have.The hair salon gave me my money back and say sorry, which was good of them, but what bothers me is the fact that they didn’t even try to compensate the damage they did and I even received a comment from Victor like “on these processes is normal to lose some hair”, a comment that really made me upset, because all the hair I have lost and I am still loosing is not normal at all.Now I have to find ways to hide the bad condition of my hair and I don’t like myself when I look at me in the mirror.
