Critical: CommunicationGot my hair styled recently with Karlas makeup & spa. I called to schedule the appointment & also asked the price over the phone, I was quoted $45.Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed the day of when I was charged $80 (plus I left a tip). The actual stylist was nice & efficient. I was there only about 30min & I have shoulder length hair. Also the style didn’t even last 2 hours (my hair fell flat).Like I said it was very disappointing for them to have quoted me a price over the phone & pay something totally different. I could understand if I had thick long hair & was charged more because it was more work. Or if they would’ve quoted me $80 from the start. I honestly don’t like businesses who operate like this.
