Went in to get a haircut and was greeted with smiles and a warm greeting. Got my haircut with no problem, they welcome walk ins. Good prices from haircuts to perms. If you need a stylist this is the place to go. Ask for Maria she’s great! Professional and customer oriented she will get you the look you want!

I have been going here since it opened. It’s been several salons prior and it’s conveniently located for me. My hair usually turns out fine, and I get my eyebrows done there, also normally fine. I hate to leave a negative review after having normally fine service, but overall it always seemed like there was at least one rude stylist or something off which never set right with me. And just recently I decided to try a different salon and my hair came out a million times better than my previous cuts (which were all pretty much the same like no big difference in style). They didn’t do eyebrows though. So I went to karisma for that and there was only on stylist there, no customers, figured it would be fine. Needless to say, likely, my eyebrows wound up completely butchered because (and this is not the stylists fault entirely, more a company thing I think with the lack of staff) she had to continually step away to answer the phone and it, I think, distracted her. She let me go with no charge but honestly not sure I can trust the salon anymore. This is going to be a long lasting mess on my face.
