This place is not a friendly environment to be and they have bad customer service. I had an appointment with NANCY for a wash, cut, and blow dry. Through out the process she was complaining I had long and thick hair. That is not my fault and she is a hair stylist so she should know how to deal with different types of hair. She asked me how short do I want to cut my hair and she showed me but I told her a little shorter and she flipped my hair and told me rudely to tell her how much I wanted taken off. Also, I heard her talking in their native language which I am a little knowledgeable about and I’m sure she was complaining to others about me. Overall, NANCY was very rude and does not give good customer service. I would not recommend anyone to this place.
