She listens and gets to know you, and what hair style you need that will enhance your daily life. I have very thick hair and love the different short style she has created to make my hair more manageable through out the years. In some alternate universe were I was rich or famous, I would still go to her. Having a hair cut becomes a real treat over a chore to get done with her.
