Merry is amazing. And I don’t mean that figuratively! She is the sweetest most accommodating nail tech I’ve met! I decided to go to her after not stepping foot in a nail salon for roughly three years. I genuinely didn’t know what to expect price wise, what service I’d need, or how to even ask for a design and she answered all of my questions over insta dm before I even booked an appointment! Talk about anxiety relief . And after booking with her within roughly two months I was able to wear my natural nails; no extensions!!! For the first time in my life! She also has amazing freehand designs and can paint pretty much anything you could dream up

Most awesome experience! Spa pedicure was on point! This will be my place.I was experiencing pain in my knee. My attendant was very gentle, helping me to lift my leg when necessary. I appreciate her!!

The pedicures are the best and they last. My polish is always in tact with no chips when I return for a new pedicure. My feet are really soft and easy to maintain in between visits. The salon is always clean and I love that I’m greeted upon entering. The acrylic services are also great. Although, I prefer a natural look, sometimes I try new techniques or designs and receive lots of compliments.

My nails are really pretty, my only complaint is the price.. its never consistent. I paid 170+ tip 197 I think all together..I got a regular pedicure nothing special, I asked for a design on my big toe the young lady brings out a box of stickers lol. I wanted a real design but i chose a sticker because i guess that’s all i was going to get. I also got a gel French manicure its ok.. pretty but over priced. And a eyebrow wax that was ok. Not really a good job but an ok job..I paid 140 last time for almost the exact same thing except the young lady that I had last time actually knew how to draw an actual design on my toes and I got it on all my toes not just the big one. I don’t understand why I paid so much more for nothing extra.. and everytime I come here it costs more than the last time. It’s really rediculous.. everybody is really nice but it’s not worth the price at all. And the pedicure wasn’t even a deluxe pedicure it was a regular one no massage no nothing.

Merry has always been the best with my crazy schedule and always remembering my stories. I truly feel welcome and my nails always look the best when I visit her! Not impressed at all……I enjoyed the pedicure, as the young lady was friendly, very gentle with my injured toe, and my toenails look great! However, she was the ONLY friendly face in the building. The owner was not friendly at all and just stared in my face. The full set is a completely different story. The lady who did my nails was elderly and very rough. All of my nails are crooked and the glitter gold gel is faded when it hasn’t been a whole week, yet. They are extremely overpriced for mediocre service. This will be my first and last visit.

Going anywhere with a baby is difficult especially a nail salon but at Karina’s the staff were so incredibly helpful that it made my experience amazing. One of the employees offered my baby an apple sauce since he was a little cranky. And another one offered to hold my baby and walk around with him since I couldn’t. All while other employees were coming up to my baby and talking to him. The staff were incredible and really surprised me. I can say I throughly enjoyed my experience and I can’t wait to come back. America is the woman who did my toes and they look amazing I can not stop looking at them. This salon is one of the best in Memphis.
