Critical: QualityThey are very friendly however I’m very disappointed in my haircut. I haven’t had an issue like this since I was in high school and went to super cuts. The first two photos is what I noticed when I got home, immediately returned and second two photos are the fixed version but still not very happy with how things turned out. They are very friendly however I’m very disappointed in my haircut. I haven’t had an issue like this since I was in high school and went to super cuts. The first two photos is what I noticed when I got home, immediately returned and second two photos are the fixed version but still not very happy with how things turned out. I wish I read the review from a few weeks ago about choppy ends. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueRUINED my hair !! Seriously SO BAD. Look at my pictures.. she cut the first layer so short and crooked.. looks different lengths .. I asked for it to be long enough to put my hair up.. this is was just way to short/ crooked and blunt ..my top hair looks thick like a bobcat and the bottom looks so thinned out in contrast.. of course I saw the results in store when my hair was all wet.. good I tipped $15 ..then get home only for my husband to tell me it’s awful.. never had I had a experience like this . I never write bad reviews ..but I’m truthfully very disappointed and sad that my hair was very healthy and long especially after seeing their Instagram pictures and how pretty their work was ( I drove 22 miles because of how good this pictures looked) ..now I’m embarrassed to let my hair down.. not cheaping out again.. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI was inside the salon and witnessed how they treated a young lady.The young lady was an African America lady with 4C hair and she seemed to be upset with how they were doing her hair. I heard the owner tell the young lady “your hair is difficult” and at that point I honestly didn’t hear anything else. To tell a customer that her hair is “difficult” is extremely offensive. We live in a time where hair and skin color is an extremely sensitive subject and to hear those words come from the owner’s mouth disgusted me.
