Karina was professional and friendly. I truly enjoyed my facial. She took into consideration what I wanted to achieve from my facial and target goals for my skin which other beauty spas have not done in the past. Additionally, she explained every step and product she put in my face which shows how serious she takes her profession and what her clients mean to her. This is critical as clients should know what is being put onto their faces and if they are okay with this type of service. It was very relaxing and comfortable while I was getting my facial done. Lastly, I would certainly recommend her services and will return soon myself.
