Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityFirst (as this is the most important thing for me), I really appreciated that they started my hair on time. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm, I probably waited five minutes before I was escorted to the shampoo bowl. I received a thorough shampoo and condition from one of the team members (I believe her name was Nay), she was very friendly. After which, Treasure escorted me to her station. She was also friendly and very professional. She took her time, paid attention to detail, and gave me exactly what I asked her for. I was really impressed with the professionalism of all the ladies in the salon and I was very happy how friendly the service was. The price is a little high, but you get what you pay for! So, for me it was worth it. I will be going back and I highly recommend this salon.On another note, I am so proud of what this black female owned business is doing for the culture. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm, I probably waited five minutes before I was escorted to the shampoo bowl. I made several attempts to contact the establishment to inquire about the delay but never received a response. Never received a call or text in advance to tell me that my appointment was an issue. Waited over an hour to hear from someone and many failed attempts. Hoping that the establishment will stand behind their professinalism and honor my missed appointment the following day.
