Bad customer service. I walked in not knowing it was appointment only, my fault. I signed in & looked at the nail polish for a bit before they let me know they had no openings today, which is fine, understandable. But they didn’t even bother having a conversation with me to plan a future appointment. The lady just said no appointments today & walked off. A customer had just finished up & left, so obviously she wasn’t busy.

Today was my first time to go and I love this salon! It is beautiful on the inside with a nice modern decor and good music playing. The two people that were working were both so nice and did a really great job on my nails and eyebrows! Def recommend this salon to anyone!

As long as you make an appointment like they ask, you won’t have a problem. They are very artistic and good at what they do. People often get frustrated at the owners because they make an appt for someone and that customer doesn’t confirm the appt when the owners text or people walk in and expect to get in right then and there. They are busy because they are that good and there are only 2 people working. Be understanding and patient. It it worth it.
