This place usually is not very busy so I don’t need to make an appointment to visit. However I always saw many different nail technicians working there each time besides the owner. I was very satisfied with their waxing techniques and results. For nails, some times is good. I have to ask the owner replacing towel for me after the previous customer used it.

Critical: QualityThe owners are lovely and we had hoped for a good outcome. However, my daughter had acrylic nails put on – she has a cut cuticle and now an infection. She had to remove all the nails as her nail beds were red. My pedicure was smudged and I did not notice until we left. Hoping the can get it together.Services: Acrylic nails, Manicure

Critical: QualityOMG, I’m literally sitting here and noticed that the technician did not sterilized the nail tools she just used on me for the next client. All she did was rinse and dry them with a towel. I can tell the client may have fungus b/c her toe nails are black. I can’t help but assume those tools were not sterilized before use on me. The electric filer was used on multiple clients without being cleaned. I’m disgusted and will not return ever again. They were very friendly but service was mediocre.
