I came to Karen after not being to the salon in over three years for highlights. Initially, I thought they had come out too light, but thought maybe it was just the surprise of getting highlights in so long. After a day, I felt it just wasn’t me, so I contacted her and she got me in a few days later to correct it and get them to be darker. I loved the result. There have been a couple of times that we haven’t been on the same page as far as what the end result should be, but Karen is very attentive and listens to you. She really seems to genuinely want to give you what you want so that you walk out of her place feeling great about your hair.
