B-12 injections
B-12 injections are used to help with weight loss and increased energy.
BOTOX treatments
Neurotoxins, or “Tox” block the signal from the brain that tells a muscle to contract which causes the injected muscle to relax and smooth out fine lines and wrinkles. We currently offer Jeuveau, Dysport, and Botox.
Chemical peels
Chemical peels are in office treatments that remove the top layer of skin and vary in concentration revealing new, revialtized skin. Down time is dependant on the peel.
Dermaplaning
Fine vellus hair and dead skin cells are scraped away to increase cellular turnover while smoothing and softening the surface of the skin to treat fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores, and uneven skin tone.
Dysport treatment

IPL photo facial
IPL, or intense pulsed light, often referred to as a photofacial, is a skin rejuvenation treatment that minimizes sun spots, freckles, redness, and other signs of uneven skin tone and texture. IPL requires a series of treatments over months for results.
IV therapy

JUVÉDERM treatments

Heated Airbrush Spray Tans
Our Evolv heated spray tan is customizable, heated, naturally formulated for a natural looking tan. Formulas are vegan, cruelty free, wheat free, paraben free, and non comedogenic. Solutions produce a tan that lasts longer, and fades evenly.
Evexipel Hormone Replacement Therapy
Pellet therapy is a form of Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) that consists of injecting pellets about the size of a grain of rice into the fatty tissue underneath your skin. Hormones are gradually released into your bloodstream through cardiac output.
Morpheus8

Facials
Choose from one of 3 facials at KBA: Express lunchtime facial, European (Classic) Facial, or our VIP facial. All facials use medical grade skincare.
Waxing
Hard wax is a type of wax that is gentler on the skin because it envelopes the hair and hardens and removes on its own, eliminating the need for paper strips. No sticky mess or residue is left on the skin. At KBA, we use Cirepil Blue professional hardwax.
Sugaring
Sugaring works to remove the actual hair by the root without disturbing the surrounding skin that results in a smoother finish, along with slow grow back and fewer uncomfortable, ingrown hairs make an even bigger impact.
Threading
The threading process is quite simple and typically involves a single piece of cotton thread. The thread is twisted and pulled along areas of unwanted hair lifting the hair directly from the root without unnecessary tugging on the skin.
Priapus Shot (P Shot)
The Priapus Shot (P-Shot) can help treat men’s sexual dysfunction as well as a medical treatment for Peyronie’s disease. PRP which is then injected into the penis to improve circulation in the penis and stimulate new cell growth, which can increase the length and girth of the penis.

I have visited Karen Barbalace twice since they have been open. I’ve had my legs waxed and sugared. Both experiences with Cori have been wonderful. Karen, the owner, has been working both times as well. The environment is spotless and extraordinarily beautiful. You feel as if you’ve walked into an extremely upscale medical facility. I’ve seen probably a dozen local aestheticians, and I’m definitely staying with Cori. She’s threaded and tinted my eyebrows for years and does a meticulous job! I love how much work she puts into getting them just right, and I regularly get compliments on them. She’s also need doing my Brazilian sugaring for years, and my skin handles it so much better then waxing. I’ve had her do the eyelash lift and tint, which I especially love in the summer so I can swim and get away with not wearing makeup everyday. Thanks for always helping me feel and look good, Cori!
