After major foot surgery 1 1/2 yr ago with chronic pain. I stopped in and had an amazing foot massage. Only wish I found this place sooner and will definitely be back.

Good solid massage, reasonable prices. Downside is the mall noise.

This place is fantastic – $60 for an hour long full body massage. No frills but an amazing massage where they get out all the knots.

The effort is there but the technique isn’t. Very painful and rough. I would not recommend this place to any grandparents.

Massage itself was okey but employees barely speak English so they could not answer my questions before starting. Sadly they spoke about money and tips all the time (yes yes, sometimes white people know more than one language so be careful). And after everything they pressured me to leave a tip.

I went for the $20 special after a long day of shopping while my wife went to buy a $5000 Louis Vuitton handbag, and I swear I got the better deal. I accidentally miscommunicated what I wanted and I got the deep tissue massage (instead of the regular) and this came with oil and hot rocks.

My first visit was so great, I wanted to schedule another appt. For the following week, I was told no need, just stop by. For the 2nd visit, the previous massage therapist, of course, was not in, so I agreed to have this new therapist. OMG, the massage was so horrendous. It was obvious, this person had no idea what he was doing. I even asked him if I was his first customer. After 30 minutes, I couldn’t take it any longer, I asked him to stop. I will never return, plus, I absolutely hate it when you can’t ask a question, because no one speaks English, and this time, the person at the front desk did not even know how to use the CC machine.

I really don’t want to say how great this place is because I’d rather keep this as a hidden treasure for myself, but they are that good! I don’t go often, but every time I do I wonder why I don’t return more often. They apply more pressure for a deep tissue massage than at other facilities at a lower fee.

The prices for this place were pretty good, and considering this the quality of the service wasn’t bad either. These things alone would net Kare Foot a high review. However, the employees were a bit too pushy with trying to coax us to get the more expensive options, even after we had declined several times.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe massage tech was very rough. I mentioned the rough pressure several times. This was the worst massage ever. I would not recommend a full body massage. 24hours later and I’m still sore
