Great experience – looking to have a relaxing day shopping and starbucking. Can’t lie – I LOVE having massages and the 60 minute I received today was great. The woman conducting it was firm and good. She concentrated on my back which was NEEDED. I did get the full rundown but again – she focused on my back and neck since that was the crux of my issues. Stress – gone! Recommend highly esp if you love it when people work out your knots.

I was given a gift card from Christmas to this place. When I get there the man at the desk couldn’t speak English so he called a lady over who was in the middle of a massage. She comes over and sees I have a gift card and it was for a 1 hour deep tissue massage and 20 min foot spa. The man takes me to a booth and doesn’t say anything and closes the door. So I sat there til he came back because I seen no towels to undress. When he comes back he signals for me to take my clothes off I said ok. I had to look for a sheet because they have no towels. The massage was ok but I feel he was a little rough compared to other places. Then he is rubbing I guess a heat rock on my back but scratches me with his nails and the rock burnt me. He then speaks and says “too hot?” Once the massage is over I go out to the desk where he is at I assume they already charged my gift card in the beginning. But he calls me over and ask for a tip. I said I don’t have cash sorry he asks for my gift card then tells me to leave I never got my foot spa.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI am not a Karen, but this was a Horrible experience. My boyfriend and I went to get a 30 minute massage for 35 dollars. It was the full body massage, however, we both got just our shoulders done and nothing else for the entire half hour. Then at the end, I paid the 70 dollars for both massages and was basically yelled at because I didnt tip, even though the massage was NOT what I paid for. Also the man and woman massaging us talked the entire time. Not relaxing at all, very disrespectful, and rude to say the least. Not worth the money. I dont know how they’re still in business considering none of them are licensed massage therapist. But this was THE BEST message I’ve ever had! Kevin was amazing! He hit all the spots that have been hurting. He concentrated on my back and shoulders like I asked. He added hot stones, which I wasn’t expecting, but were delightful! AND the price is great! I HIGHLY recommended Karefoot, and especially Kevin! Chris LOVED his massage too… but he can’t remember his technician’s name… he thought maybe Tina… or Lisa? But this was THE BEST message I’ve ever had! Kevin was amazing! He hit all the spots that have been hurting. He concentrated on my back and shoulders like I asked. The massage rates are very affordable and fair. The staff are all very friendly, and it’s nice that they have private rooms for full body massages. There’s not a lot of staff so unfortunately you may have long wait times, especially when combined with long massage times.
