When we talk and she sees what I like she is very straight forward with telling me what will work and won’t work given my maintenance time. In our sessions, we are either laughing so hard together OR I’m snoring (true story!) when she gives the AMAZING scalp massage during shampooing. There is a reason I have been a client in Kelly’s chair for the past 10 to 11 years! She has been the only one that has colored my hair on life. What I love about Kelly the most is that she listens to me and will work her magic to fit my wants and needs.
