I’ve been going to Kara for since 2011. I am an endurance runner – mostly half marathons raising money for cancer research for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training and Kara’s outstanding sports modality is largely responsible for keeping me going without a significant injury. She can go gentle if desired but if you have an issue she will get in there and work out your issues. Is she good? Six years of regularly scheduled massages tells the story.

Kara is a wonderful therapist. I’ve had difficulties with lower back pain associated with tight hamstrings. After a few visits, I am able to move more freely and experience a lot less pain than before. Massage therapy, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports massage, and stretching. She works with many athletes, professional and amateur. I really recommend her stretches as it will make you feel like a whole new person and 10 years younger!
